This Privacy Policy explains how Jafran Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit jafrangroup.com or contact us through the website. Text messaging is also covered by our SMS Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect:

• Full name and email address (required)
• Phone number, company name, number of employees, a description of your IT challenges or goals, and your project timeline (all optional)
• Whether you checked the optional SMS consent box, and when
• Your IP address and the date and time of the submission, which our server adds to the request
• A security-check token from Cloudflare Turnstile, used to confirm the request comes from a person and not a bot

Please don’t include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Like most websites, our hosting server also records standard technical information for each page request, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule or prepare for a consultation
• To communicate with you about a proposed or active engagement
• To protect the website and form from spam and abuse (for example, limiting how often one IP address can submit the form)
• To keep business records and meet legal obligations

We don’t add people who submit the form to marketing email lists without their consent.

Service providers (processors)

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and respond to you:

• InterServer: website hosting. Form submissions and server logs are processed on its servers.
• Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph: business email. Form submissions are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox through the Microsoft Graph API.
• Google Fonts: delivers the website’s typeface. Your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the security check on the contact form. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only, meaning cookies or similar technologies strictly needed for the site and its security features (such as the contact form’s spam check) to work. We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you, manage any resulting engagement, and maintain business records, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case engagement records are kept for 7 years for tax and contract purposes. Records used to limit repeat form submissions store a one-way hash of the IP address and expire after one hour. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider InterServer’s standard log rotation.

Your rights and deletion requests

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@jafrangroup.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them as required. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
