Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of jafrangroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Jafran Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Informational use only

The Site provides general information about our IT consulting and systems engineering services. It is not professional, technical, legal, or security advice for your specific situation, and using the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship.

Client engagements

Services are provided only under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW). If anything on the Site or in these Terms conflicts with a signed MSA or SOW, the signed MSA/SOW controls. Fees, billing, cancellations, and refunds for services follow the signed SOW. Hardware, software, and licenses we resell follow the manufacturer’s or distributor’s return and cancellation terms (for example, some Microsoft subscription terms cannot be cancelled after a short initial window).

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jafran Group LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability under a signed MSA or SOW, which has its own terms.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, and the Jafran Group name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Jafran Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use; any other copying, modification, or distribution requires our written permission. Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied.

Third-party links

The Site may link to websites and services operated by others. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting spam or malicious content through the contact form, or using automated means to scrape it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Site. Text messaging is covered by our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
